Home Hub

Drag the table, or press a hub to bring it to the front.

five home hubs on the front of a round table, a screen on a dome each, facing out. one hub in profile turns to face you as the view closes in, then the others fan out from behind it. drag or press a hub to turn the table.

key insight: the dome is a solid of revolution, so it is drawn flat and turned back to face the camera, and only the screen is a real 3d slab. the billboard stands on the dome's axis, so a screen behind it is hidden where the real dome would hide it.

every hub is placed by two numbers, its seat round the table and how far the hubs have spread. past the last seat a hub walks round the back of the table, so the arc wraps with no jump.
